A zesty and refreshingly bitter note of blood orange defines the long, sappy, stony finish. The blend of richness and energy here is impressive.

The NV Brut Rose is a pleasant, easygoing, apertif-style Rose to drink now and over the next few years. Crushed red berry fruit, white pepper and bright floral top notes give this pale-colored Rose lovely complexity to match its delicate, understated personality. The blend is 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, all from Mareuil. Disgorged: March 16, 2022.
